Michelle Lauder, CFP® has dedicated more than 27 years to the financial services industry, building deep client relationships, thoughtful support, and an unwavering commitment to helping people pursue their financial goals. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Business Administration, Michelle holds the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation along with her Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 through LPL, and New Hampshire Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Originally from Rockland, Maine, Michelle now lives in Manchester, NH with her husband Jason, their two children Eshaya and Andon, and the beloved family pug, Lucy. Whether cheering her kids on at their various sports activities or enjoying time with family and friends, Michelle's life outside the office reflects the same warmth and dedication she brings to every client relationship.

Michelle was drawn to financial services by two enduring passions: a desire to help people and a genuine love of finance. Nearly three decades later, those motivations remain as strong as ever. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her clients on a meaningful level — understanding not just their finances, but their needs, wants, and long-term goals — and building lasting relationships rooted in confidence and transparency.

Her methodology begins where it should: with the client. Michelle takes the time to truly understand each person's unique circumstances, concerns, and aspirations before supporting them in their goals. She assists advisors who serve individuals, families, and small business owners, supporting them through the full spectrum of financial planning with care and expertise.

Michelle's go-to financial advice is simple and powerful: pay yourself first. She encourages clients to start young and build a consistent monthly investment habit — a philosophy that reflects her belief in the long-term impact of disciplined, purposeful financial behavior.

Beyond her client work, Michelle is deeply engaged in her community. She serves as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for the Manchester Transit Authority and volunteers at events at her local high school — a testament to her belief that strong communities and strong financial futures go hand in hand.
